The Heard museum reached out asking me to take photos of the participants in the 2025 Hoop Dance Championship Competition. The focus was to be on their regalia and movement.
We set up in a hall within the Heard Museum and took photos for 2 days. We used a backdrop and strobes to capture the movement seen in the images.
